Pray with others in 20,000+ rosary rallies across the country on the weekend of October 15th and 16th. Bring your families, and if you wish, a lawn chair. Fr. Patrick Lamb will present "Why the Saints?" at St. Francis Retreat House in Easton on Monday, October 17th. Why are the saints important and what do they have to offer us? Let them stir up your own faith at the Monday Mini-Retreat beginning with dinner at 6:00 pm followed by Father's presentation from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Edward was killed in the Korean War in 1950.
Amazingly, through the use of modern technology, his
remains have been identified and he is returning to his
hometown of Northampton for a proper burial and to
be finally laid to rest. Some of his family members
belong to Queenship of Mary. This will prove to be a
memorable and touching event. Come out and pray
with our grieving parishioners. They deserve our sup-
port, especially after waiting for 72 years to bury their
loved one. May we all pray that Edward’s family find
peace and closure at this sacred time.
